We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Seamstress/Seamster to join our production team.

Position Summary

As a Seamstress/Seamster, you will play an key role in ensuring our garments meet the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for repairing garments, completing specialized alterations, applying customer identification labels and crests, and operating industrial sewing equipment. Once trained, you will also have the opportunity to operate our embroidery and sublimation equipment.

Responsibilities

- Repair and alter industrial work garments.
- Sew on name labels, company crests, patches, and emblems.
- Complete specialized garment alterations to customer specifications.
- Safely operate industrial sewing machines and related equipment.
- Operate embroidery and sublimation equipment after training is completed.
- Inspect garments for quality before they leave the department.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Report equipment concerns or quality issues promptly.
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of sewing and experience operating a sewing machine.




- Experience with industrial sewing machines is considered an asset but is not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to safely operate equipment and follow workplace safety procedures.
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
