About the Role

We are currently seeking a Shipping/Receiving II to join our Brantford team. This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious, adaptable, and eager to learn new skills. You will begin with shipping/receiving and booking materials, but you won’t just stand around you’ll be cross-trained across different areas of production to keep you moving, growing, and adding value. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do

- Perform shipping/receiving duties including booking, inventory,



tracking, and documenting incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, pi tapes) to verify parts and components.
- Follow blueprints and technical instructions as required.
- Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
- Maintain accurate records and enter data into computer systems.
- Be cross-trained in multiple areas of production, supporting the team where needed.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by staying active, dependable, and engaged.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong work ethic and a go-getter attitude – willing to learn and move around as needed.
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers).
- Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to train).
- Previous experience in a machine shop, warehouse, or manufacturing environment a plus.
- Computer proficiency for booking and record-keeping.
- Dependable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented.

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
