Are you looking to grow your career long term within a excellent company? We are hiring. Join us! We are looking for a Day Shift working Supervisor who will be, the leader of our shipping/receiving department, and working closely together with Customer Service and the Plant's Foreman.

Duties

- Organizing/instructing department/team.
- Organizing/prioritizing shipments for the day.
- Packaging/shipping finished doors.
- Quality control.
- Recount orders to assure piece counts are correct before shipping.
- Assist Customer Service Department.
- Assist machine operators with saws/routers/press.
- Maintain a clean working environment.
- Other duties as required.

Skills and Qualifications

- On-time and reliable.
- Can lift 40 - 70 lbs and stand, walk, bend, etc. full day.




- Self-motivated and can work without direct supervision.
- Must know how to operate a forklift.
- Minimum 5 year experience with ERP systems.

Shifts

- The Day shift is Monday to Friday from 6:60 am to 3:30 pm, with every second Friday off.
- Overtime may be required.
- Very clean environment.
