Shipping Manager – Cherry Packing House

We are looking for an experienced Full time Shipping Manager to join our team at our cherry packing facility. This is a year-round, full time position responsible for coordinating and managing all shipping operations.

Responsibilities:

· Coordinate and manage daily shipping and receiving activities

· Schedule and prepare outgoing shipments Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Operate a forklift

· Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation

· Work closely with warehouse and production staff to ensure orders are shipped on time

Requirements

· Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations

· Forklift experience (certification is an asset)

· Strong organizational and communication skills

· Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment

· Reliable and flexible with work hours

· Hours: Hours will vary depending on shipping schedules and truck arrival times.

Flexibility is required, especially during peak cherry season.

Compensation: $20.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience Year-round employment

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
