We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Shop Manager to lead our manufacturing operations with energy and precision. Duties

- Lead and manage all aspects of shop floor operations, including production scheduling, assembly lines, and quality control to meet output targets.
- Utilize manufacturing management systems such as SAP, ERP platforms, and production management software to plan, monitor, and optimize workflows.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to streamline processes, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
- Oversee supply chain management and logistics coordination to ensure timely procurement of materials and productive inventory control using MRP systems.
- Analyze Excel data reports for production metrics, identify bottlenecks, and develop process improvement strategies.
- Foster a safety-first environment by enforcing health and safety standards across the plant while promoting continuous improvement initiatives.




- Lead cross-functional teams through effective communication, training programs, and performance evaluations to cultivate a motivated workforce.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing or industrial setting with a focus on assembly operations.
- Strong knowledge of SAP, MRP systems, ERP platforms, and manufacturing management software.
- Expertise in lean manufacturing techniques, process improvement strategies, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data using Microsoft Excel for decision-making and operational insights.
- Mechanical knowledge combined with experience in quality control processes is highly desirable.
- Excellent team leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams and facilitate cross-functional communication.
- Familiarity with supply chain analytics, production planning, plant management practices, and operations management principles.
