Our products help the grid adapt to severe weather and transition to clean energy, and we offer opportunities to impact our company and the broader community.Work ScheduleAfternoon Shift: Monday – Thursday; 4:00 pm – 2:00 am (40 hrs per week).CompensationEstimated hourly base pay rate: $28 per hour. This position is entitled to a $1 shift premium per hour. You may also be eligible for S&C’s annual incentive plan (AIP); the target bonus percentage for this role is 4% of annual base earnings.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate manual and CNC machines to fabricate parts according to defined specifications.Set up machines with the correct tools and materials, including adjusting settings and entering specifications into computer-controlled systems when required.Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents to understand part requirements and ensure accurate production.Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning machines and tools, and report any mechanical or electrical issues to supervisors.Use overhead cranes and other material handling equipment to safely move and position materials for machining.Conduct first‑piece inspections using measurement tools to confirm material type, quality, and dimensions before starting production.Maintain accurate records of fabrication activities,
