We are licensed for a total of 44 children, 4 infants and 40 preschoolers. We are seeking a dedicated and organizedEarly Childhood Educator II or IIIto join our leadership team as our Supervisor in our Older Preschool Room.ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership— Provide daily guidance, mentorship, and support to Early Childhood Educators and Childcare Assistants.Program & Environment Oversight— Help maintain a safe, healthy, and developmentally appropriate learning setting.Regulatory Compliance— Ensure all practices meet Manitoba ELCC regulations and centre policies.Professional Role Modelling— Demonstrate professionalism, collaboration,
