Here, your work and ideas will contribute to building a flourishing organization. Your mastery of the electric pallet truck and your attention to detail will ensure smooth management of shipments, having a direct impact on the efficiency of our operations.

This strategic facility serves a national network and handles all aspects of operations: inbound receiving, product flow, order preparation, and outbound shipping. You will manage a significant operating budget, develop workforce planning strategies, and drive change management. Develop and execute daily and weekly operational plans that meet or exceed customer service expectations while achieving maximum operating efficiency and maximizing budget

Oversee all distribution center activities, including receiving, storage, order picking, and shipping.

Manage facility maintenance and improvement projects within budget and safety standards.





Analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements to achieve service, productivity, and cost objectives.

Develop and implement short- and long‑term staffing plans aligned with volume forecasts and productivity goals.

Recruit, train, and develop high‑performing management teams (managers and supervisors).

Foster a robust safety culture and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.

Conduct regular inspections of the facility and equipment to maintain operational readiness.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Strong communication and relationship‑building skills across all organizational levels.

Ability to manage strategic projects and make sound decisions in dynamic environments.

Analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and experience with WMS systems (Blue Yonder preferred).
