Key Attributes For Success
At least 1 year of skate sharpening experience
Solid knowledge of hockey equipment and gear
Comfortable using tools and power tools A strong sense of customer service and pride in your work
Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends A team player attitude and a passion for the game What You’ll Do Sharpening and profiling skates to perfection
Performing minor equipment repairs to keep players game-ready
Assisting with inventory counts and stock organization
Keeping the retail space clean, organized, and visually appealing
Delivering top-tier service to every customer who walks through the door
Processing payments and handling transactions with accuracy
Maintaining a tidy, professional workspace — both in the shop and sharpening room Why RINK?
