WorleyCord is seeking skilled labourers to join their team at the IPL Project in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta. This role involves supporting maintenance activities in an industrial setting, with a focus on safety and teamwork. Ideal candidates will have prior industrial construction experience and be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

What You’ll Need

- 6+ months of industrial construction experience
- Willingness to attend paid safety training
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Experience working at heights
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods
- Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 pounds (occasionally more with assistance)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
