The Snow School Supervisor at Blue Mountain Resort leads the Ski & Ride School team, assigns lessons, directs daily operations, and delivers outstanding guest service at learning centres, coordinating class assignments and providing coaching and seasonal evaluations for instructors.
This role requires prior Ski/Snowboard instructing experience, CSIA/CASI Level II–IV certification, leadership ability, and proficiency with Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
