The Role

Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Shipping and Receiving Clerk plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of products through our warehouse. You will handle all shipping and receiving related tasks, including managing pickups, creating labels, and picking inventory, all while maintaining an organized and clean warehouse environment.

An interest in the automotive world is a plus, but your reliability and physical stamina are what matter most.

You communicate confidently in French and English, stay organized under pressure, and work well as part of a team. Dependable with a good sense of judgement, you’re the kind of person our team can count on to keep the warehouse running.

Key Reponsibilities

Shipping & Receiving

• Efficiently manage the receipt and shipment of goods, create shipping labels, and schedule courier pickups.

• Inspect incoming shipments for quality assurance and repackage items for outgoing orders.

• Prepare customs documentation for international shipments.

Client Pickups & Packaging





• Coordinate and assist with in-person client pickups.

• Package wheel and tire assemblies using a strapping machine.

TPMS Sensor Programming

• Program Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) sensors according to each client’s vehicle specifications.

Order Picking & Assembly

• Accurately pick and assemble hardware kits based on client requirements, ensuring all components are included and correctly packaged.

Warehouse Organization

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.

• Ensure internal systems are kept organized and up to date.

Additional Support

During quiet periods, you may occasionally be asked to help with tasks such as:

• Returning inventory to suppliers

• Delivering orders to customers

• Picking up office supplies

• General warehouse and office maintenance

• Miscellaneous cleaning tasks (wheels, tires, vehicles, etc.)

Your Profile

• Previous experience in shipping and receiving is considered an asset.

• Warehouse experience is preferred.

• Experience with customs declarations is considered a plus.

• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Basic computer skills; experience with Shopify and/or ShipStation is considered an asset.

• Ability to lift and move items up to 80 lbs.

• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and interact professionally with clients in both French and English.

• Valid driver’s license required.

Location & Schedule

• This is a full-time, in-person role, Monday to Friday.

• Our office is located in the West Island of Montreal (Dollard-des-Ormeaux). Candidates must be able to commute to this location.

• Ample on-site parking.
