About the RoleThe Distribution Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring on-time, accurate delivery of products across an assigned territory. This person will build and lead a high-performing team of Delivery Drivers, driving solid execution in the field, high standards of customer service, and consistent achievement of delivery targets.What You'll DoLead, coach, and develop a team of Delivery Drivers, setting clear expectations around delivery accuracy, timeliness, display execution, merchandising quality, product rotation, and maintaining clean, organized back-room/warehouse areasPerform weekly field audits to confirm the team is meeting standards for merchandising, point-of-sale placement, and product rotationGuarantee scheduled deliveries are completed in full, with zero missed accountsPartner closely with the Sales team to align on execution priorities — racks, point-of-sale materials, displays,
