This position will assist in the overall administration and operation of both tenant services and facility maintenance.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerforms reception and administrative dutiessuch as answering calls,corresponding toemail and in-person walk-ins, preparing meeting agendas and taking minutesProvidesadministrative and clerical support for Housing Services and Facility Maintenance(e.G.:preparation and distribution of notices/correspondences to tenants, preparing documents,organizingand updating tenants’ information,recordsand files inprovidedsoftware andphysicalfiles, income verification and annual rent reviews)Coordinates tenancy items such astenantwait lists, tenant applications, tenant selections,referenceand credit checks, interviewing of prospectivetenants, showing vacant suites,preparingand signing of tenancy agreements, explaining rules and regulations, tenant move-insand move-outsCollectstenants’ rentandsecurity deposits, whilemaintainingthe accuracy of tenant financial information and rent payableOrders office,maintenanceandunit suppliesMaintainsandretainsmaintenance records, purchase orders, expense reports,billing for residential suites,common areasand other legal requirementsPrepares Maintenance Reports,
