Role Description The successful candidate will maintain primary responsibility for their own files and schedule while benefiting from the firm's infrastructure, referrals, and collegial support.

The practice may include

- Incorporations and corporate organization;
- Drafting

s
- hareholder agreements;
- Assisting with
- corporate maintenance and minute books;
- Preparing
- commercial contracts;
- Assisting with
- asset and share purchase transactions, business acquisitions and sales, commercial leasing; and
- Assisting with
- general corporate and commercial advisory work.

Qualifications





- Member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia
- 3-5

years of similar experience
- in corporate and commercial law
- Ability to independently manage files from start to finish
- Strong drafting and client management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to client service
- Existing client base is an asset but not required

Compensation This is an independent contractor position.

Compensation will be based on a percentage split that allows the successful candidate to maintain significant autonomy while leveraging the firm's infrastructure, branding, and referral network.
