Join our team as a Registered Nurse Coordinator for the Day Program for Older Adults in Recent Westminster, BC. This casual position focuses on enhancing quality care and staff supervision.

We need a dedicated Coordinator to oversee the Day Program, requiring your clinical expertise in managing older adult care services. With three years of recent experience, including supervision, you will lead an interdisciplinary team to create and implement effective patient care plans, maintaining high standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and care evaluations
• Schedule staff assignments and training
• Document client care and maintain records
• Perform nursing duties and manage daily administration
• Monitor program budget and resource allocation

Requirements:
• Registered Nurse licensed with the BCCNM
• Three years' suitable clinical experience
• Experience in a supervisory role
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
• Ability to work within a team and independently
