Care is seeking a dedicated Personal Support Worker to join their team. The role involves assisting with bathing, toileting, meals, and other daily tasks in various locations. You will work under a Home Support Supervisor's guidance while traveling to patients’ homes and facilities to ensure individual needs are met continuously. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personal care for daily living activities
- Assess and respond to changing patient needs
- Perform tasks under Home Support Supervisor's supervision
- Travel between patients in assigned region Requirements:
- Valid Personal Support Worker Certificate
- RN/RPN Student with first year completed
- Internationally licensed Nurse, Midwife, or Physician
- Ability to lift clients and assist with mobility
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification Deliver compassionate care while enhancing the quality of life for patients at Spectrum Health Care.
