Here’s what we need from you:

Spraying experience

Be able to work un-supervised and independantly

Run and maintain the shop. Operate and maintain spray guns (HVLP, airless, etc.), pumps, and the spray booth to ensure optimal performance and a pristine, dust-free environment. Independently manage the day-to-day operations of the finishing shop, including workflow scheduling, project prioritization, and meeting deadlines.

Manage and maintain inventory of all finishing supplies, including paints, solvents,



sandpaper, and other consumables. Place orders as needed.

Honest and trustworthy.

Experience with all types of product applications - Solid color laquer and primer, post and pre cat laquers, poly urethanes, stains and stain matching/blending

Experience in furniture repairs and touch ups

Take pride in your work and go the extra mile to make sure the job is top notch.

Great people skills both with fellow workers and customers.
