- Stay updated on the latest Gen AI trends and technologies, bringing fresh ideas to the team Experience & Qualifications - Minimum 15+ year of experience in Software Development - Robust understanding of Generative AI principles, including Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG techniques, Fine tuning,



inference and more - Experienced with Gen AI related python libraries and modules - Proficiency in Python libraries and modules - Experience with Kubernetes based continuous delivery, utilizing Jenkins, Tekton, and Docker to automate and streamline deployments - Proficiency in Git for version control and collaboration in development workflows - Experience in Java/GO is an advantage - Experience with Oracle and vector databases (e.g, PostgreSQL) for data storage and retrieval is a plus - Excellent interpersonal skills, team player with strong communications skills
