Who We're Looking For
The Sr. Manager, Enterprise Risk Management, will support the management of both financial and non-financial risks, ensuring the Bank maintains a robust governance framework. This role is pivotal in aligning risk management practices with the Bank’s strategic goals, regulatory requirements, and emerging industry best practices. The Sr. Manager will work closely with the ERM Director to enhance the Bank’s risk methodologies and foster a culture of risk awareness throughout the Bank.
What You'll Do
- Support the implementation of risk management strategies,
policies, and frameworks to align with the Bank’s organizational objectives, risk appetite, and regulatory guidelines.
- Oversee the identification, assessment, and mitigation of key risks, including strategic, credit, capital, liquidity, operational, and regulatory risks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to prepare and deliver high-quality materials for executive and Board-level discussions.
- Provide guidance to ensure effective management of risk exposures across business lines, with a focus on both financial and non-financial risks.
- Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes to anticipate emerging risks, while identifying opportunities for risk optimization.
