This is a hybrid role based in Mississauga, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Responsibilities - Develop, manage and build marketing plans aligned to the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for Microsoft Cloud, with a strong focus on driving sustainable growth through Digital Marketing and strategic marketing initiatives.

- Execute and optimize multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, and social) aligned with KPI targets, ROI expectations, and vendor objectives.
- Operationalize and manage the vendor MDF claim process in accordance with vendor guidelines.
- Own and manage vendor MDF budgets while ensuring an optimized Marketing Services mix that supports sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and platform adoption.
- Maintain accountability for Ingram Micro Marketing financial operations, including revenue recognition, billings reconciliation, and month-end financial accuracy, finance audit requirements and compliance standards.
- Support vendor GTM strategies through impactful Marketing and Business Development initiatives that drive partner engagement, platform utilization, demand generation, and overall business growth.
- Collaborate closely with Vendor Management and Sales teams to support execution of aligned GTM priorities, partner campaigns, enablement initiatives,



and platform adoption activities.
- Support the compilation and distribution of campaign, partner engagement, market performance, and vendor reporting to help drive informed decision‑making, marketing execution, funding alignment, and partner targeting across the business. What you bring to the role - Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8+ years of experience creating and executing marketing campaigns, preferably in a client-facing role.
- Marketing experience within the Technology or Distribution industry is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of industry trends and advanced marketing tactics, enabling the development of innovative and effective campaigns.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and platforms e.g. Marketo, Google Ads, HubSpot, Canva, social media, and email marketing.
- Digital marketing certifications or training (e.g., Google Digital Marketing & E-commerce Certificate, HubSpot Content Marketing Certification, or Marketo Certified Experts) are desirable but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with a focus on ownership and accountability.
- Analytical mindset with experience using metrics and data to drive decisions.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Compensation and Benefits - The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is $80,000-90,000 per year; ranges may vary by location and experience.

- The ranges above reflect potential annual starting base pay across all of Canada for all roles; individual base pay depends on factors including work location, role complexity, and relevant experience and skills.
