Position Overview: As a Sr. Network Administrator with Project Management Experience at IT Partners, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing our network infrastructure while managing key projects related to network upgrades, security enhancements, and technology implementations. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional who is passionate about both network administration and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, configure, and maintain network systems, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability.
- Implement and manage security measures to protect the integrity of our network.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute network-related projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, and timelines, and ensure they are met.
- Develop project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Coordinate project activities, track progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks to project success.
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes for network equipment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Network Administrator, with a strong understanding of network protocols, security, and troubleshooting.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CompTIA Project+)
