- 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday
- 9:00am – 1:00pm Saturday (occasionally)

Position Summary: We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual who thrives in a collaborative environment to join the Lifetime Lumber Products team as a Store and Warehouse Associate.

The Store and Warehouse Associate will be responsible for assisting customers with product selection and project planning, preparing orders and deliveries, maintaining a clean and organized storefront and warehouse, and providing an exceptional customer experience. This is a versatile position that combines customer service, sales, warehouse operations, and delivery coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Providing customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
- Assisting customers with product selection, project planning, and material recommendations
- Preparing quotes, material takeoffs, and sales orders for customers
- Collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers to arrange deliveries, pickups, and inventory transfers
- Receiving, unloading, and organizing incoming inventory
- Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for delivery, and delivering materials to customer job sites as required
- Maintaining a clean and organized storefront and warehouse
- Supporting inventory management through stock replenishment and cycle counts

Required Qualifications:

- Minimum Grade 12 diploma or equivalent




- 6 months – 1 year of experience in a customer-facing retail, sales, or service position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook with a basic knowledge of Word and Excel
- Basic math skills with the ability to generate material takeoffs based upon project specifications
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members
- Minimum valid G license Current forklift certification, or the ability to certify/recertify when required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Preferred Qualifications:

- D/AZ license endorsement would be an asset
- Experience with Lightspeed point of service system, or a similar retail point of service and / or client management system
- Robust computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software and systems
- Previous experience in the construction industry, or a genuine interest in the field of construction (particularly decks, docks, and fencing )
