Muscle Ammo is Prince Rupert's dedicated supplement store, offering premium sports nutrition, vitamins, healthy snacks, and fitness accessories. We pride ourselves on outstanding customer service, expert product knowledge, and helping customers achieve their health and fitness goals.

We're looking for a motivated, friendly, and dependable Store Assistant to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers with selecting supplements and wellness products.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations based on customers' fitness goals.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and process cash, debit, and credit transactions.
- Restock shelves and maintain attractive product displays.
- Receive and organize inventory shipments.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and well-presented.
- Answer customer inquiries in-store, by phone, and online.
- Assist with online order preparation and local delivery coordination when required.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge through ongoing training.
- Help achieve store sales goals while providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications




- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Interest in health, fitness, nutrition, or supplements is an asset.
- Retail or sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Comfortable using computers and POS systems.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Retail sales experience
- Knowledge of sports nutrition or fitness

Pay: $18.25 per hour
