A typical day

- Lead daily store operations with a strong focus on inventory replenishment and merchandising.
- Supervise and motivate retail teams to meet productivity and performance targets.
- Maintain high standards of visual presentation and stock availability.
- Manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.




- Support operational execution to help drive overall business growth.

Successful candidates will have

- Bring a minimum of 5 years of retail experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Demonstrate strong merchandising and inventory management expertise.
- Maintain flexibility to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.
- Handle physically demanding work on a consistent basis.
- Pass a clean criminal background check.

Total rewards: $60,000.00 annually.
