As part of the Learning and Engagement team, the Internal Communications Coordinator plays a key role in enhancing internal communications and facilitating special events. Responsibilities include drafting and curating content for the intranet and overseeing the execution of employee-centric initiatives that align with Pacific Blue Cross's mission. Key Responsibilities:
• Craft and coordinate communications for internal initiatives




• Oversee planning and execution of internal events
• Manage and update intranet content continuously
• Write and distribute key organizational messages
• Design graphics and materials for promotional use
Requirements:
• Completion of a Graphic Design certificate program
• Minimum 2 years' experience in communications
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative tools and Microsoft Office
• Strong writing and photography skills
• Event coordination experience
