- Lead strategic planning for CFS and PDD sectors
- Manage daily operations with a significant budget efficiently
- Foster relationships with external stakeholders and partners
- Prioritize accreditation and compliance across services
- Cultivate leadership capacity within the organization Requirements:
- Degree in business or human services; master’s preferred
- Minimum seven years of leadership in social services
- Extensive experience in strategic program development
- Solid knowledge of Alberta’s service sectors
