auditing and updates to processesDevelop process flows and end to end functional designsBuild effective relationships with internal and external stakeholdersIdentify opportunities to improve processes and systems, support implementation of best practices, and drive continuous improvementsDrive / Support projects and initiatives as assignedWhat do you bring?Completion of a post‑secondary degree/diploma in a related field2+ years of experience working in an analysis and business support capacityExpertise with Microsoft suite (Excel, Power BI, Power Point, SQL – preferred)Experience with billing applications, SAP S/4HANA is an assetSelf‑starter and strong team player, with a sense of urgency and a demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced environmentAnalytical thinker, action‑taker, resilient and resourceful with a keen attention to detail and results focusedComfortable with data, robust competency in driving analysis & building and maintaining modelsExcellent communication skills – both verbal and writtenExemplifies behavior that is consistent with Reliance culture, values and leadership practicesReliance Home Comfort is an equal opportunity employer.
