Qualifications
Demonstrated experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef, or similar leadership role in a restaurant, brewpub, or hospitality setting.
Strong skills in menu development, recipe creation, and food presentation, with attention to flavor, consistency, and efficiency.
Proficiency in kitchen operations, including ordering, inventory management, and cost control.
Thorough knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and secure kitchen procedures.
Ability to lead, train, and motivate a diverse kitchen team, with strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
Capability to work in a quick-paced, high-volume workplace and manage multiple tasks during service.
Interest in craft beer and experience pairing food with beverages is an asset.
Culinary education or formal training is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by brewery operations.
