Duties
Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, color treatments, blowouts, and special occasion styles with precision and flair
Provide personalized consultations to understand clients’ preferences and recommend suitable styles and products
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure client safety and hygiene
Engage with clients through friendly communication, building rapport to foster loyalty and repeat business
Upsell retail hair care products and treatments that complement clients’ styles and needs
Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments efficiently




Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge to deliver innovative services

Requirements
Proven experience in hair styling or cosmetology with a strong portfolio of work
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients
Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols in a salon workplace
Strong communication skills to effectively listen to clients and explain styling options clearly
Ability to upsell products tactfully while prioritizing client satisfaction
Previous retail sales experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential
Valid cosmetology or hairstyling license as required by local regulations
