Key Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of hair services, including cutting, colouring, highlighting, balayage, styling, blowouts, and hair treatments.
Conduct professional consultations to understand clients' needs and recommend appropriate services and home care products.
Deliver an exceptional client experience while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
Build and maintain robust client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation in accordance with salon standards.
Stay current with industry trends,



techniques, and products through ongoing professional development.

Qualifications
Licensed Hair Stylist/Hairdresser, or eligible to work as a hairstylist in British Columbia.
Previous salon experience is required.
Strong technical skills in cutting, colouring, and styling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional, reliable, and client-oriented with a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team workplace.
Skills, education and experience in beauty therapy/esthetician is an asset.
