: We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Guest Service Representative at our campground. The Guest Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their experience at our campground is memorable.

Responsibilities:
Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
Answer guest inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
Provide information about campground amenities, activities, and local attractions
Handle reservations and bookings, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Assist with campground maintenance tasks as needed
Address guest concerns and resolve issues in a timely and qualified manner
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the campground office and common areas

Qualifications:




Must be able to communicate in French and English
Previous customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Robust organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a rapid-paced environment
Proficiency with computer systems and reservation software
Knowledge of camping equipment and outdoor recreation preferred
Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed

This is a seasonal position. Start of our season is May 17 and ends September 30. The office hours are from 8am to 9pm. Shifts will vary and does require weekends and evenings. Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
