Your expertise will focus on comprehensive assessments and personalized care plans for patients and newborns. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough nursing assessments for patients and infants
Collaborate with families and healthcare teams on care plans




Participate in patient discharge planning and education
Coordinate nursing care and make appropriate referrals
Maintain accurate patient documentation and records Requirements:
Graduate from an approved School of Nursing
Current registration with BCCNM as a Registered Nurse
One year of recent perinatal nursing experience
Basic Rescuer (Level C) and NRP Certificates
