Terminal is hiring a senior Customer Success Manager to own activation inside enterprise accounts from signed contract to go-live and activation at scale. You will drive time-to-value and build the foundational playbook with the COO, coordinating with a Strategic Account Manager and Customer Engineer in Toronto.
You will lead cadence, milestones, and risk management across multiple stakeholders, including product, data, security, and finance, ensuring successful go-lives and sustained activation.
