Job Summary

We’re looking for motivated, ambitious individuals to join our door-to-door sales team as independent contractors for the upcoming season in Medicine Hat and the surrounding area. This is a commission-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential, designed for people who are driven, competitive, and eager to develop valuable business and communication skills.

No previous sales experience is required. We value a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn above all else. Comprehensive training is provided before the season begins, with ongoing coaching and mentorship throughout the entire contract.

Meet with homeowners and represent local businesses in a professional manner.
Generate leads and close sales through face-to-face interactions.
Answer customer questions and overcome objections with confidence.

Pay: $60,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
