You'll conduct medication reconciliations, manage pharmacokinetics, and offer educational programs. Engaging in medical rounds alongside the medical team, your expertise will be pivotal in patient medication management and therapeutic recommendations. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee inpatient and outpatient drug therapy systems
Supervise pharmacy support staff and train new personnel
Conduct medication reconciliations for patient safety
Provide patient education and medication counseling
Collaborate in medical rounds to optimize drug therapy Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD
Completion of a Pharmacy Residency preferred
Two years of clinical experience in a hospital pharmacy
Eligible for registration with the NSPR
