Your tasks will include managing treatment plans, educating patients, and documenting care through the Accuro EMR system. You’ll also engage in teaching experiences and community support initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver continuous healthcare across all ages and conditions
Manage treatment plans for chronic and acute conditions
Educate patients on health maintenance and prevention
Conduct regular assessments, check-ups, and support vaccinations
Collaborate with various healthcare staff to ensure coordinated services Requirements:
CFPC certification and CPSO licensure necessary
