Boston Pizza CrossIron Mills is looking for an experienced Front of House Manager to lead our service team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities
Lead daily FOH operations and ensure exceptional guest service.
Coach, train, and develop the FOH team while maintaining Boston Pizza standards.
Conduct pre-shift meetings, manage shift execution, and resolve guest concerns.
Monitor labour, cash handling, cleanliness, food safety, and operational compliance.
Drive sales through upselling, promotions, and community engagement.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of management experience in a franchise or corporate restaurant.
Boston Pizza FOH experience strongly preferred.
Valid ProServe, First Aid, and Food Safety certifications.
Solid leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Versatile to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
