The Nuu-chah-nulth Tribal Council is seeking a full time Licensed Practical Nurse to provide community-based home care in Tofino. This role centers on delivering holistic, culturally competent health services to families and individuals in diverse settings. As a key member of the NTC health team, you will manage care for community members, focusing on chronic illness, health education, and relationship-building.

Candidates are required to hold a valid BCCNP registration and a commitment to enhancing community well-being. Familiarity with electronic medical record systems is a plus, ensuring productive care delivery. Key Responsibilities:
Provide health care services tailored to community needs
Build and maintain therapeutic client relationships
Conduct safety assessments and design care plans
Educate families on health and wellness practices

Graduate from a recognized nursing program
Current registration with BCCNP
Knowledgeable in trauma-informed care
