Design and monitor ground control systems for site stability
Collaborate with Mine/Geology Directors and Chief Engineers
Mentor and lead geotechnical teams effectively
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Provide on-call support within the Sudbury Ground Control Group Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in mining, civil, or geotechnical engineering
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a process-based environment
Robust communication and mentoring skills
