The Executive

Director is the chief professional officer, responsible for leadership, management, and financial oversight of the Windsor Jewish community. With a solid emphasis on community relations and philanthropy, the ideal candidate will enhance local partnerships and inspire community involvement. This position requires a visionary leader to represent the organization locally and beyond. Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic direction and qualified leadership
Oversee financial oversight and resource development




Build relationships with community partners and government
Supervise programmatic initiatives and staff management
Develop and manage the organization’s operating budget Requirements:
Minimum three years in a senior management role
Proven fundraising expertise and organizational skills
Knowledge of the Windsor Jewish community and its values
Solid interpersonal skills and crisis management ability
Degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience Drive community growth, enhance partnerships, and elevate leadership within the Windsor Jewish Federation & Community Centre.
