This Senior Project
Manager role is pivotal for managing soil remediation and hazardous waste initiatives. As part of GFL Environmental's dedicated team, you will oversee complex projects ensuring alignment with BC's environmental standards. Your comprehensive knowledge of soil and waste regulations will facilitate effective project execution.
Engage with stakeholders as the primary liaison to effectively drive project goals from inception to completion, making a tangible impact in environmental sustainability. Key Responsibilities:
Direct entire lifecycle of environmental projects
Formulate project strategies with budget oversight
Provide expertise on the Environmental Management Act
Supervise technical documentation and compliance
Manage logistics for waste transport and disposal Requirements:
7–10 years’ experience in BC’s environmental industry
Solid knowledge of hazardous waste regulations
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Experience managing major projects over $1M
