This position requires a dependable individual ready to uphold the highest standards of maintenance and cleanliness. You'll perform various tasks, including cleaning, maintenance, and assisting residents effectively and promptly. Key Responsibilities:
Sweep and vacuum public areas and stairways
Dust and clean laundry room appliances weekly
Pick up trash and maintain grounds daily
Report maintenance issues to Community Director
Execute preventative maintenance schedules efficiently Requirements:
Entry-level experience in facilities or maintenance
Valid driver's license required
Willingness to assume on-call duties
