Flair Airlines in Canada seeks a First Officer to support secure, reliable operation of our Boeing 737 fleet across Canada, the US, Mexico and Caribbean. Reporting to the Chief Pilot, you’ll assist with pre-flight prep, in-flight duties, and post-flight tasks while maintaining explicit communication with crews.
The role requires TC ATPL or CPL with IATRA/SARON, 1,000 hours fixed-wing, multi-crew IFR experience, and robust CRM.
