Key responsibilities include performing maintenance in occupied units, addressing tenant requests, and cleaning vacant spaces. With a focus on safety, you’ll conduct inspections and document irregularities while ensuring all preventative maintenance is completed. Key Responsibilities:
Schedule inspections of common areas and contractor work
Perform minor plumbing and electrical maintenance requests
Clean and repair turnover units as needed
Complete annual inspections of safety systems
Assist with budget preparation and expense monitoring Requirements:
Three years’ experience with HVAC and BAS in residential settings
Valid driver’s license with a clean record
Proficient in Word, Excel, and web applications
Ability to lift 50lbs and manage physical tasks
