The Mortgage

Funder will report to the Manager, overseeing the complete lifecycle of mortgage files. This includes undertaking accuracy checks on documents, coordinating pulls with solicitors, and ensuring compliance with established guidelines before closing. Your expertise will help streamline processes within the competitive mortgage broker channel in Canada. Key Responsibilities:
Handle mortgage file instructions and advancements
Verify all mortgage conditions and documentation
Liaise with solicitors regarding fund release and file status
Organize files and maintain comprehensive records
Ensure adherence to quality assurance and AML policies Requirements:
Post-secondary education or relevant experience necessary
Experience in the mortgage sector preferred
