The Payroll

Specialist will handle the bi-weekly payroll process for employees in Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, and Quebec. Duties include data entry into ADP, preparation of payroll reports, and compliance checks to ensure accuracy. You will also assist with employee inquiries about advantages and perform administrative duties supporting HR projects. Key Responsibilities:
Process payroll for over 200 employees bi-weekly
Utilize ADP for payroll data management
Prepare regular payroll and T4 report filings
Review payroll records for compliance with policies
Support the administration of employee benefits Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in HR or Payroll
3–5 years of relevant payroll experience
Knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation
Solid attention to detail and organizational skills
