Are you passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences? Rodd Crowbush Golf & Beach Resort is looking for a friendly and service-driven individual to join our Front Desk team for the remaining 2026 season!

As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience - welcoming visitors, assisting throughout their stay, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide an excellent first impression
Register guests and accurately record information in internal systems
Manage incoming calls, make room reservations, and confirm bookings
Process payments and provide invoices at check‑out
Assist guests with requests such as dinner reservations, local information, and resort activities
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized front desk area

Key Qualifications:
Robust commitment to guest service and hospitality
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision




High attention to detail, accuracy, courtesy, and follow‑through
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

This is a Seasonal position, running until mid-October. There is an opportunity to work at one of our year-round properties in Charlottetown during the off-season.
