REQUIREMENTS Education
Bachelor degree in Management Science (Accounting Science) or in another university appropriate discipline; • C.P.A. designation is an asset Experience:
Five (5) years of relevant experience as a resource person in a payroll department; Knowledge and Abilities:




Complete control of the accounting cycle and of the production of the AS-471; • Knowledge about payroll cycle; • Knowledge of the Medi-Solutions systems; • Excellent Knowledge of Retraite Québec; • Excellent abilities about Excel & Word software; • Ability in the identification and analysis of the administrative systems; • Knowledge of administrative methods and techniques, budget management, data analysis, reporting, and information systems; • Ability in administrative procedures and program planning and monitoring, including the development of policies and program manuals and administrative quality assurance systems; • Excellent critical thinking, organizational and decision-making skills; • Autonomous, versatile and discrete; • Sense of accountability, analytical, and valuable judgment; • Time management skills LANGUAGE • Fluent in English and French; • Fluent in a third language is an asset.
