The Addiction

Specialist plays a crucial role in the Substance Use Recovery and Shelter Services department. Your expertise will guide residents through their treatment journey, utilizing evidence-based practices. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized treatment plans and ensure successful discharges while empowering individuals facing addiction. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
Deliver individual and group counselling sessions
Coordinate care and facilitate discharge planning
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
Promote sustained recovery and wellness for residents Requirements:
Graduation from a related College Diploma or University Degree
Minimum 1 year in a relevant role
Registration with a qualified body or in progress
Knowledge of mental health legislation
